How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days. International shipping timelines vary based on the destination country.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened personal care items.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, Khadi Natural is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
